Hi John, You certainly have a point there! During hot summer days out camping the 104°F upper limit can be easily reached. Especially, in places like Yuma USA. However, we see these operating temperatures among many portable power stations across different manufacturers so these are quite standard. You could use it in higher temperatures I guess if you put it in the shade and manage to cool it down while it is running. Maybe point an extra fan on it or put it in a portable fridge that is powered by your power station ;)? Interesting topic though! Are you currently using a portable power station or solar generator that can operate in high temperatures?

Regarding the ability to charge it from a cig lighter: it is possible to charge it from a 12/24V cig lighter. You need to have this cable from Bluetti though because it is not a standard plug: https://www.bluettipower.com/products/eb3a-car-charging-cable]]></description>
